Chelsea are planning to convince Thibaut Courtois to stay - according to English press.
Real Madrid will probably sell Keylor Navas in summer transfer window and their priority will be to sign another world class goalie. Their favourites are Courtois and David De Gea from Manchester United.
Current Courtois' contract expires in June 2019 and The Blues want to initiate negotiations on prolonging the deal. This should be a clear signal that they do not want to let the Belgian international go.
The 24-year-old joined Chelsea in 2011 from Genk but was immediately loaned to Atletico, where he spent three seasons. He was able to play in nearly 100 games for The Blues.
