Olympique de Marseille are planning huge purchases in the summer transfer window.

Since changing the owner (now Franck McCourt, an American billionaire), the situation in French club has got beter and their executives may once again build a team that will be able to win the French championship. However, to compete against Paris Saint-Germain or AS Monaco, they will need to purchase some new solid players.

The recent signings of Patrice Evra and Dimitri Payet were only the beginning. According to French sources, Olympique are ready to spend €100 million this summer, and they already have some targets.

Olivier Giroud is the player who opens up their shortlist. Edin Dzeko or Mario Mandzukic may be the alternative. Moreover, the club from Marseille is keen on signing Moussa Sissoko who wants to leave Tottenham, and they are nearly ready to confirm the signing of Yohan Cabaye.

Another player on their wish-list is Laurent Koscielny.
