Nathaniel Chalobah has become a new player of Watford.
The England youth international was purchased on a permanent transfer to the team of the Vicarage Road and after a medical test, he signed a new contract, which will remain in effect until the end of June 2022.
"The Hornets" did not disclose the amount of money they paid for the 22-year-old, but English media claim that they brought the former Chelsea player for five million pounds.
Chalobah started his football career at the academy of "The Blues", but failed to break through to the first team of the Londoners. For this reason, he spent most of his career on loans.
The defensive midfielder represented Napoli on this basis and played only in nine matches for the Italian team, scoring one goal.
The England youth international made a second visit to Watford. He had previously played for them in the 2012/2013 season and was then the primary player of the Vicarage Road team.
