Milan general director Marco Fassone has spoken about the Leonardo Bonucci's transfer and another potential hit transaction concerning a striker.
Initially no one believed in the possibility of the "Rossoneris" to sign the Juventus defender. After a few days, the shocking transaction became a fact. According to Italian journalists, Milan paid 40 million euros for the experienced defender. This amount may increase by another two million in bonuses.
"It was a crazy idea. Until some point we did not even try to implement it, but Vincenzo Montella was saying to push. This is an important signal that players from the clubs competing in the Champions League want to join us. Bonucci's arrival is a great sign for the future. This is a fighter and a true leader who will give us a lot of joy both on and off the field," Fassone said, announcing another hit transfer:
"We are now in China and we can talk to the owners about what our resources are yet. Because they are not limitless."
"Many people are discussing great strikers. It would be nice to have one of the three: Belotti, Morata, Aubameyang. We'll see which one we choose. We also take into account options that do not necessarily appear on the front pages of newspapers. We are still thinking of strengthening this position," the Italian activist admitted.
