Andrea Belotti is ready to join European giants - 'Sky Sport Italia' report.
To be more specific - he is ready to join AC Milan. According to Fabrizio Romano of Sky, Torino striker has said "yes" to the Milan club and is interested in moving to San Siro. For "Rossoneris" it is of course very good news. It does not mean, however, the finalization of the hit transfer.
Both clubs still need to agree on the transaction. Torino have insisted for a long time that they want to earn 100 million euros for their star, and that is how much one has to pay for the Belotti's contract. Now they are willing to sell him for 80 million euro plus M'Baye Niang and Gabriel Paletta. The Milaners are currently adding up €40 million to the aforementioned couple. However, it cannot be ruled out that, with Belotti's desire to move to Milan, Torino's approach will change a bit.
The 23-year-old, who is still linked with Chelsea, joined Torino in 2015. He has since recorded 74 official appearances. He scored 40 goals and he added 13 assists.
A lot of turmoil was triggered by the presentation of new Torino club jerseys on Sunday. The striker was not among the players wearing Torino colors for the next season. Many fans have recognized that Belotti can actually leave the current team this summer.
