Maciej Rybus will move to Lokomotiv Moscow - 'Sport Express' inform.
Although a few days ago there was information that the Polish defender would not return to Russia, all indications are that he will. The source says that Lokomotiv has reached agreement with Olympique Lyonnais on the transfer of the 27-year-old. The transaction is expected to close in the amount of 1.5 million euros.
The 44-time Poland international has been in OL since last year when he moved to France from Terek (now Achmat) Grozny. Since then, he played in 28 matches in which he recorded two assists.
Rybus' departure from Lyon has been speculated for a long time. The case was basically settled when two other left defenders were transferred to the club, Marçal and Ferland Mendy.
Before moving to France, Pole was doing well in Grozny, so it is no wonder that he aroused interest in other Russian clubs (CSKA activists wanted him). His balance in the Russian league is a total of 101 appearances, 18 goals and 18 assists.
Lokomotiv ended the last season on the eighth place in the league table.
