Negotiation on transfer of Ousmane Dembélé are going in the right direction, but clubs cannot agree on the so-called bonuses.
Yesterday, "Le Parisien" reported that the conditions of the transfer of the Frenchman to Barcelona have already been fixed, but according to "Mundo Deportivo", the parties still have not reached a full agreement. There is really little to do, but before the transaction is finalized, the activists must agree on some details. The so-called bonuses may be crucial, as the two clubs have different plans for these additional entries.
The basis for the transfer is, as previously mentioned, 100 million euros. The Catalan daily reports that Borussia Dortmund may deposit another €20-25 million depending on the "Blaugrana" and the player himself. The problem is that Germans are demanding the addition of additional clauses from relatively easy targets.
"Die Borussen" believe that they should earn their bonuses even in the case of Barcelona's promotion to the Champions League. Catalans take this for granted, and therefore they want to raise the bar a bit and want to enter into a contract clause within which Germans would receive an additional amount if Dembélé would one day reach for the Golden Ball.
