Agent of Patrik Schick, Pavel Paska, has admitted that his client is an object of fierce battle between some clubs.
The 21-year-old was close to being transferred at the start of the transfer window when he underwent medical tests at Juventus, but the deal was "heart-broken". Recent research has shown that the athlete can return to training safely, but in the meantime Inter approached in order to sign him. Although the parties were supposed to be close to finalize the deal, the football agent assures that the "Nerazzurris" cannot be so sure of it.
"There are three clubs in the fight for Schick. The transfer window in Italy closes on 31st August. At this moment we are on the starting line," stated Paska in an interview with "iSport". According to Czech journalists, Bayern have joined the fight for the sniper. Moreover, in addition to the aforementioned Inter, the situation is still closely watched by Juventus.
The player's representative then commented on the clause in the striker's contract. It allowed the clubs to buy the talented player for 25 million euros, but it turns out to be outdated.
"I do not want to comment on specific clubs. Next steps we have to agree with Sampdoria because the buyout clause expired on July 15. One thing is certain - the price of the competitor will be much higher than the amount written in the clause."
