Róbert Demjan will continue his career in the Czech Republic. The acquisition of the 36-year-old striker was confirmed by Fotbal Třinec.
The Czech team from the second division announced the Slovak attacker as their new player, but they did not publish the amount of the transfer.
A few days ago Demjan left Polish side Widzew Lodz. In the second part of the previous season, he scored six goals in 17 games of the third league (fourth division). After advancing to the better division, the striker scored only once, and more recently he did not appear on the pitch at all.
Widzew was the second Polish club in Demjan's career. Previously, he performed in Podbeskidzie Bielsko-Biała. In the 2012/2013 season, the Slovak, scoring 14 goals (he added seven assists), reached for the crown of the top scorer of Ekstraklasa.
Demjan's new team is currently eleventh in the Czech second division table. In 16 meetings they recorded 20 points.
